Liabilities of the Candidate:

• Company registration in Czech Republic
• Communication with the regulatory authorities (Czech National Bank and others)
• Drafting of legal and corporate documents or business plan
• Drafting of external and internal company policies

Requirements towards the candidate

• Fluent knowledge of Czech and English (oral and written);
• Experience in finance, accounting or government will be a significant advantage;
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the field of virtual assets is highly appreciated;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to work with confidential information.
