For our client, a company specializing in digitalization, automation, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, we are looking for a new colleague for a project with an electron microscope manufacturer for the position of PQA (Product Quality Assurance).
Your key responsibilities
- Ensure product quality for electron microscopes (SEM, TEM, DualBeam) throughout their lifecycle.
- Approve technical documentation, manage changes, deviations, and test validations.
- Define quality criteria and support system testing before products go to market.
- Work with development and production teams on HW/SW issues and root cause analyses.
- Monitor reliability, review customer feedback and complaints (mainly from the semiconductor field).
- Support manufacturing by improving tests, calibrations, and corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using standard quality tools.
What knowledge and skills you should have
- University degree in a technical field (electrical engineering, physics, mechanics, mechatronics, quality, etc.).
- Experience in quality engineering in high-tech or electronics.
- Knowledge of quality methods (8D, RCA, FMEA, CAPA).
- Ability to understand complex systems combining mechanics, electronics, optics, vacuum, and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communicative level of English.
