Purpose of the Role

The Customer Service Representative ensures smooth end-to-end handling of customer orders for recycled glass products and waste materials. The role focuses on accurate order processing, invoicing, complaint handling, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal departments in line with Sibelco’s standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage sales orders in IT systems for product deliveries to customers.
  • Process sales invoices for products and waste (valuable and non-valuable).
  • Enter sales conditions and pricing terms into IT systems.
  • Manage customer complaints.
  • Collect and archive sales and sourcing - related documents.
  • Prepare and support month-end closing activities in line with corporate deadlines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Manage and update CRM database.
  • Work closely with other departments on daily tasks.
  • Support preparation of documentation for environmental authority inspections.

Required Competencies & Skills

  • Technical & Professional
  • Proficient in computer operations (experience in sales and logistics modules in ERP systems preferred).
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in order management, invoicing, and documentation flow.
  • Understanding of recycling, waste management, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.

Language

  • Czech – fluent
  • English – minimum B2 level

Education & Experience

  • Minimum: Secondary education (preferably in administration, logistics, or economics).
  • Experience in a corporate environment using ERP systems (preferably SAP) is highly valued.
  • Previous experience in customer service, order management, or logistics administration preferred.
