What will be your responsibilities?

• Ensuring that all pharmaceutical product packaging complies with applicable EU and local environmental legislation, including upcoming sustainability, recyclability, and traceability requirements
• Acting as the main contact point for gathering packaging material data from manufacturers, reviewing and maintaining documentation, issuing compliance certificates, and keeping an up-to-date internal database
• Extract relevant packaging compliance data from product dossiers and technical specifications
• Evaluate packaging materials against applicable EU and national requirements (e.g., Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive, SUP Directive, upcoming Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation)
• Prepare and issue internal/external packaging compliance certificates
• Support QA/QC and RA teams in new product launches and variations
• Monitor changes in EU and local environmental packaging regulations

What do we expect from you?

• University degree - Chemistry, Materials Science, Environmental Science, Packaging Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• At least 1 year relevant experience on a similar position/ or fresh graduates are also welcome
• Knowledge of EU packaging and environmental legislation
• Strong analytical skills, database management experience, and excellent communication skills
• Native Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
