We are now looking for a Digital Site Support Specialist who will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless digital experience for our teams. You’ll become the key on-site IT expert, the go-to person for technical challenges, and a trusted partner to both local users and central IT. If you enjoy solving problems, working directly with people, and bringing clarity to complex situations, this role could be your next step forward.
What you will do
- Become the site’s everyday IT hero - supporting users across desktops, mobile technologies, collaboration tools, and more.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related questions, both verbally and in writing.
- Act as the on-site IT representative, offering personalized support while ensuring alignment with central IT strategies.
- Learn, explore, and train colleagues on digital workplace tools and collaboration technologies.
- Support and coordinate infrastructure-related tasks such as network configuration, server management, troubleshooting, and basic security activities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive enhancements that boost user satisfaction.
- After onboarding, lead small-scale IT infrastructure projects.
- Quickly resolve daily issues and escalate broader challenges when needed.
- Build a deep understanding of local site needs and guide central IT in implementing the right solutions.
What you bring
- Secondary school, Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent knowledge) in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communicative level of Czech/Slovak and English.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to support users effectively.
- Motivation to learn, adapt, and tackle new challenges.
- Valid Work Visa as required by local regulations.
Preferred skills
- Experience with setup, integration, or maintenance of information systems.
- Knowledge of IT networks, Windows systems, MS Office, Android/iOS devices, and general IT support areas.
