We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer who will play a key role in developing and evaluating advanced components for our aerospace products.

Essential Responsibilities

• Execute design, analysis, and evaluation for assigned mechanical or electrical engineering projects, following business standards and technical requirements.
• Build deep technical expertise in your discipline and use this knowledge to influence policies and strategies.
• Understand key business drivers and integrate your work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Apply sound judgment to propose solutions beyond standard parameters, guided by experience and technical insight.
• Utilize internal resources, collaborate with teams, and provide informal guidance to junior colleagues when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautical preferred).
• Previous experience in a similar role or within Engineering/Technology and Mechanical Components.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid Work Visa as required by local regulations.

Desired Characteristics

• Fluency in Czech.
• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to resolve engineering challenges and manage projects.
