IT Support / User Experience Specialist

Main Mission:

Provide top-tier user support with a focus on positive experience, communication, and a modern approach to IT. Go beyond incident resolution by actively helping users understand, use, and benefit from IT. Contribute to improving IT services, documentation, and internal IT branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for users – professional and friendly communication via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT requests – hardware, software, network, peripherals.
  • Support for modern digital workplace – Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
  • Educate users – create simple guides, tips, internal mini-campaigns (e.g. “Tip of the Week”).
  • Active involvement in onboarding – welcoming new colleagues, explaining IT tools, preparing devices.
  • Collaborate with L2/L3 support – escalate and share insights.
  • Improve processes and IT communication – suggest simplifications, automation, or better UX.
  • Maintain documentation – update knowledge base and internal guides.

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Positive and human approach – able to communicate with non-IT colleagues with a smile.
  • Customer orientation – treats users as clients, not interruptions.
  • Curiosity and drive to explore – seeks new solutions, tests, improves.
  • Ability to explain complex things simply – translates “IT language” into human terms.
  • Internal IT advocacy – promotes IT culture, inspires others.
  • Documentation skills – writes clear guides, not “IT riddles”.
  • Microsoft Windows 11, basic macOS knowledge is a plus.
  • Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Azure AD account and group management.
  • Basic networking – IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VPN troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ITSM systems.
  • Hardware/software installation and configuration, workstation management.
  • Mobile device management (MDM).
  • SharePoint / Teams / OneDrive – user support and training.

Must have: modern IT mindset, understanding of IT as a business enabler, willingness to work on IT projects

Nice to have: basics of PowerShell, ITIL, virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V), interest in automation (Power Automate)
