Well-established group of residential development companies with several housing projects in the vicinity of Prague is looking for a Project Finance Coordinator to join its team.
Description:
• help prepare and review project budgets
• support with financial plans and cash-flow overviews
• keep track of project expenses and make sure they match the planned budget
• work closely with project managers and learn how financial processes work in development
• prepare financial summaries for the team
• communicate with external partners when needed (accountants, banks, consultants)
Requirements:
• university degree in economics, finance or a related field
• interest in finance and working with numbers
• experience with spreadsheets (Excel or similar)
• excelent knowledge of Czech language
• English at least at B2 level, written and verbal
• reliable, detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Group B driving licence, active driver
• minimum 5 years of professional experience
