We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Administrator to take ownership of our global IT environment. This is your golden ticket to take the reins of our company’s tech universe and steer our IT ship towards excellence.

You’ll manage our core systems, strengthen security, and keep our infrastructure running smoothly across the group internationally.

What you’ll do

• Keep IT systems, networks, and endpoints stable and secure
• Install, configure, and update software
• Manage Intune, EntraID, Azure, Exchange, SPO, and Microsoft 365
• Handle security incidents, access rights, and baselines
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
• Manage backups, recovery procedures, and documentation
• Analyse current infrastructure including contractors and costs and propose improvements
• Identify gaps and lead technical solutions/projects

Intune • EntraID • Azure • Exchange • SharePoint Online • Microsoft 365 Admin • Security • Purview

What we expect

• 5+ years in IT administration (preferably in a global environment)
• Strong experience with Intune, Azure, and M365
• Solid understanding of security and IT administration best practices
• Fluent in Czech and English
• Strong troubleshooting skills, independence, and an ownership mindset
