In Plzeň - Borská Pole we produce galleys, stowages, lavatories and rest modules for AIRBUS. We are constantly growing and we are looking for new colleague for the position:
We are looking for a Project Manager who is not afraid of challenges and can lead projects to victory! We are looking for somebody who can take our projects to the next level! Is that you? We look forward to receiving your CV.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ambassador of the company to the customer: Within your projects you will be the key focal point for the leading aircraft manufacturer and the airlines operating all around the world. You will independently lead customer and supplier meetings / telecoms including development project reviews
Strategic Project Management: You will have the opportunity to create and actively influence the project plan, including setting timelines, financial limits, implementation processes, and customer specific requirements for each project phase
Accountability for Success: You are a crucial part of the team responsible for successfully completing our projects. You will closely collaborate with our customers, parent company, and major suppliers, including negotiating any changes to project specifications to assure smooth project execution
Efficiency Monitoring: You will monitor project costs, goals, and quality. Your decisions and skills will be key factors in achieving project objectives
Reporting: You will regularly update the company's leadership and our customers on project developments, risks and opportunities
We require:
Experience in project management: Previous experience in project management and pro-customer approach will help you to manage the projects
Organizational skills and the ability to see projects through to successful completion: Your ability to see tasks and projects through to a successful conclusion will be appreciated and rewarded
English language: Very good knowledge of English is crucial for us. You will use it on a daily basis
Teamwork and communication skills: An active approach to work, a team spirit, and the ability to handle situations are highly valued
Knowledge of processes and quality systems: You understand how to ensure quality in a manufacturing environment
