Our Consulting business area was founded in 2020 as an internal consulting partner for the Volkswagen Group. Our focus is on the implementation and further development of existing strategies.

Your tasks in detail
You will be responsible for the project management and/or PMO tasks of national and international projects in the Volkswagen Group.
Support in the systematic application of project management methods as well as in the continuous
Developing innovative consulting approaches to strategy, reorganization and operational excellence
Analyze data and develop concepts and strategies as well as developing and presenting the results to customers
Planning, management and moderation of workshops, committees and project meetings
Further development and sharpening the consulting portfolio of VWGS Consulting is also part of your tasks

Your Profile
Studies in the field of economics, humanities or natural sciences or comparable training
Relevant professional experience in the management of projects as well as experience in the technical management of junior consultants/project managers is an advantage
Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills, customer orientation as well as moderation and presentation skills
Since our projects currently take place in a German-speaking environment, we require business-fluent German language skills (from level C1)
Very good English skills and intercultural competence round off your profile
