What would be your responsibilities?

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following specific recipes
• Be creative and suggestive for Signature cocktails and new techniques to potentially implement in the Bar offer and skills
• Take interest on current beverage trends, incorporating seasonal ingredients and popular techniques
• Engage with customers, take orders, make recommendations based on their preferences, and ensure a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol and bar-related products.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, process payments, and manage tips in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
