A strong energy group is expanding its operations in the Czech Republic with a new product division focused on battery storage for commercial projects.

We are looking for a junior, but also experienced and strategically thinking Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to join the team, who wants to be at the key moments of growth, participate in the closing of major projects and be part of a team that has the ambition to change the future of energy.

???? What awaits you:

• Active search for business opportunities in the field of commercial projects (logistics centers, manufacturing plants, offices, retail

• Studying the market and finding suitable clients in Czech Republic

• Building relationships with investors, developers, construction companies, installation partners and designers

• Development of a new sales division - battery storage

• Creation and execution of a business strategy, cooperation on pricing and business conditions

• Building a distribution channel or your own sales team

• Participation in trade fairs and presentation events, technical consulting for clients

• Reporting and responsibility for meeting business goals

• Pricing in collaboration with Finance department

• Business trips in the country and abroad

???? What you should have:

• Experience in selling technical solutions for commercial projects, a serious advantage would be 20 plus years

• Previous experience with PV and BESS is an advantage

• Demonstrable results in the acquisition or development of key customers

• Proactive approach, ability to make independent decisions, result orientation

• Experience in creating business processes and strategies

• Good knowledge of English (communication with headquarters and foreign partners)
