Role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our small Group finance team in Prague. This role combines hands-on controlling with corporate governance and administrative responsibilities, giving you a broad and unique exposure across the group.

You will work hands-on on:

• Monthly group reporting & consolidation (P&L, BS, CF, KPIs)
• Data collection and analysis from portfolio companies
• Cooperation with auditors on group consolidation
• Budgeting & forecasting, simple financial models and scenarios
• Support for talks with banks (materials, covenants, monitoring)
• Implementation of Power BI and improvement of reporting tools
• Support of tax implementation & transfer pricing together with external advisors
• Corporate governance & compliance (group policies, internal controls, approval rules)
• Administration across the group, including documentation, coordination with the Board and BHM Prague team, and ensuring consistent processes across portfolio companies

You will have day-to-day contact with the Reinsberg management team, the Board and the BHM Prague team, as well as finance teams in our international portfolio companies.

Profile

• University degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business
• ~2+ years’ experience in controlling / FP&A / reporting or audit (Big4 or similar)
• Strong analytical skills, very good Excel; interest in Power BI
• Experience with monthly reporting; exposure to consolidation, tax, TP, compliance or banks is a plus
• Organised, reliable and comfortable handling administration and governance topics
• Hands-on, proactive, comfortable in a lean environment with a broad scope
• High integrity, interest in governance & compliance topics
• Fluent Czech and English
• Based in Prague, regular presence in the office
