Are you an organized multitasker who loves keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for an Office Assistant to be the backbone of our Prague office. If you enjoy variety, thrive in a dynamic environment, and like being the go-to person for making things happen, this role is for you! This is an office-based role.
What will you do?
- Be the friendly face of the office – greeting visitors and handling calls.
- Keep the office stocked and organized (because who likes running out of coffee?).
- Manage mail and courier deliveries.
- Handle admin tasks like document signatures and invoice uploads.
- Support travel arrangements and expense reimbursements.
- Schedule meetings and make sure everything is prepared on time.
- Team up with other Assistants and occasionally cover for Executive Assistants.
- Help organize company events and keep the office vibe positive.
What do we need from you?
- Experience working in an office environment or handling administrative tasks.
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Great organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English and Czech.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude – you’re the person who gets things done!
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive matters.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work fully on-site in the office.
