What are you waiting for?
1. Assist passengers with reservation and ticketing procedures, including re-issue and refund.
2. Handle phone calls or email via customer service channel.
3. Handle flight irregularities and communicate updates to passengers.
4. Familiar with Dynasty Member Program.
5. Handling other tasks as assigned by the managers.
What skills and knowledge should you possess
1. Proficiency in Czech and English is a must.
2. Competency in MS Office.
3. Advanced problem-solving skills.
4. Good communication skills, ability to work with teams and collaborate.
Which competencies are an advantage
1. Knowing Chinese is a plus.
2. Proficient with Amadeus Altea System is a plus.
3. Airline reservation/ticketing or Travel Agent reservation/ticketing experience is a plus.
