We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented colleague to join our Finance team. If you have a basic understanding of accounting, enjoy working with Excel, and are seeking a part-time role in a supportive environment, this position could be a great match.

This role is approximately 20 hours/week, offers flexibility and is well-suited for candidates who need to balance work with family responsibilities.

Billing Specialist ensures accurate and timely billing, clear financial records, and smooth customer payments through monitoring balances, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and handling billing inquiries.

You will:

  • Process incoming payments, bank statements, and customer invoices
  • Reconcile customer balances and assigned accounts
  • Communicate with customers and Key Account Managers regarding outstanding invoices and requests
  • Prepare customer balance reports and update monthly financial checklists
  • Support month-end/year-end closing, including audits
  • Participate in projects focused on improving accounting tools and systems

Your profile:

  • Economic education
  • At least basic accounting knowledge; experience in Finance is an advantage
  • Very good command of MS Excel
  • Experience with MS Dynamics is an advantage
  • Very good English (written and spoken) is essential
