You will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

• Overseeing forecasts, open orders, contract compliance, and margin optimization.

• Managing escalations, quality issues, and pricing negotiations.

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, inventory, and on-time delivery.

• Engaging in budgeting, contract management, and RFQ processes.
