We are looking for a new colleague for the position of "Supervisor customer service" at our manufacturing site in Mosnov.
In this role, you will be part of the EDP unit in Mosnov, which focuses on the production of robotic positioners and FlexArc® cells.
As a Supervisor customer service, your primary focus will be on managing small team and processing and executing customer orders, ensuring they are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with commercial regulations. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage import/export operations, oversee customs brokers, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Job Description:
- Manage small team of order handling specialist
- Focus on the complete order processing cycle – timely entry, confirmation, and tracking in ERP systems
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery dates, and resolve any order-related issues
- Monitor import/export shipments, coordinate with customs brokers, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Audit customs records and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with planning, production, and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely dispatch
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in order processing
- Maintain and update customer, order, and customs data in relevant systems
- Ensure documentation compliance with internal policies and legal standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field
- Previous experiences with leading the team is plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in order processing, customer operations, or trade compliance
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), order processing workflows, and international trade documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in Czech and English
