What will your responsibilities include?

• Active communication with customers about products in Italian
• Processing orders and working in CRM
• Reporting and active collaboration with the team
• Occasional translations

What do we expect from you?

• Fluent Italian and English (at least B2 level)
• Good computer skills (especially MS Office)
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not a requirement
