Role Overview As a Customer Support & Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our customers, travel partners, and daily operations. This is a fully remote, part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, international environment.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Provide detailed information about transfers, tours, and services.
Verify and manage bookings, ensuring accuracy in our system.
Communicate with drivers, partners, and agents to coordinate services.
Proactively handle changes, cancellations, and customer needs.
Support additional operational and administrative tasks – we’re a startup, so your role can grow with us.
Requirements
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong internet research skills and good knowledge of geography.
Own laptop and smartphone (company equipment can be provided after probation).
Flexibility to work afternoon/evening EU hours (17:00–23:00 CET) and occasional weekend mornings (2-4 days in a month)

Competitive pay: €8/hour for first 3 months €10/hour after probation.
