We are looking for a Pricing Operations Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution, accuracy, and reliability of daily pricing operations. In this role, you will act as a bridge between Pricing, Data, Sales, and Product teams, ensuring that pricing data, processes, and tools support business performance.

What You'll Do:

Pricing Data & Process Operations

• Ensure daily pricing processes run on time and without errors
• Maintain, validate, and update pricing master data across internal systems
• Monitor data flows from the Data Warehouse (DWH) into pricing tools
• Check completeness and accuracy of daily data
• Data Quality & Control
• Create and maintain control dashboards to identify anomalies in pricing inputs (e.g., purchase prices, location attributes, customer margin)
• Investigate and resolve data issues in cooperation with Data, IT, and Product teams
• Document operational procedures and maintain process standards

Support for Pricing Decision-Making

• Prepare recurring pricing reports and control views for the Pricing Lead and management
• Provide data inputs for machine-learning models and algorithm updates

Systems & Tool Support

• Act as the operational owner of pricing tools (internal pricing engine, dashboards, workflows)
• Participate in testing new features, validating data changes, and ensuring system readiness
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to improve pricing tools and automation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Sales Support and Finance to ensure alignment of pricing data and rules
• Support training materials for pricing-related processes if needed

What You'll Bring:

• Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, or data analysis tools
• Understanding of data flows, ETL processes, or business systems is a plus
• Ability to work with dashboards - ideally knowledge of Power BI
• Basic understanding of pricing, margins, or financial metrics - is a big plus
• Ability to interpret data and explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working with repetitive processes while continuously seeking improvements
