We are Mediaboard – a Czech tech company, a local lovebrand, and the #1 PR all-in-one platform on the market. We help companies and institutions uncover truth in data and push the PR world forward. We're leading in the Czech Republic, but aiming higher – straight into the TOP 5 in Europe.

To get there, we’re expanding into Slovakia, Poland, Croatia, and additional markets. Growth in these regions is driven not only by performance marketing, but also by events, conferences, and strong local presence. Our marketing team is entering a new phase – and we’re looking for someone who understands what it means to be part of an internal B2B SaaS team, can think strategically, and still enjoys hands-on execution. Someone who can lead and build at the same time.

What will you work on?

• Partner with group leadership and local CEOs – your work will directly influence our growth in each market.
• Plan and execute performance-driven lead generation campaigns (online & offline) aligned with Mediaboard’s vision.
• Drive international events, conferences and their full marketing coverage, including campaign setup, targeting, and on-site presence.
• Own and develop web, content, visuals, e-books, newsletters, release notes, webinars – from concept to execution.
• Hands-on approach: create → launch → measure → iterate.
• Use modern automation, analytics, and performance marketing tools to scale impact.
• Work from our office, with flexibility and occasional travel.
• Collaborate across the whole company – sales, product, data, leadership.

Who are we looking for?

• A proactive personality with drive, entrepreneurial mindset, and fresh ideas.
• Proven success in lead generation campaigns and at least 3 years in SaaS/B2B marketing, ideally with international reach.
• Ability to connect strategy with execution – you can design a solution and deliver it end-to-end.
• Strong data orientation and understanding of marketing tools – performance thinking is natural for you.
• Full professional proficiency (C1+) and excellent English (C1).
• Organized, independent, structured – with the ability to prioritize.
• Bonus: networking skills, relationship building, and a view beyond traditional digital marketing.
