Join Our Team as an IT Specialist!
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to support and enhance our internal systems, ensure smooth daily operations, and contribute to the development of our IT infrastructure. Main responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT support (HW and SW) for the company’s branches in the Czech Republic.
• Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, handhelds, and peripheral devices.
• Handle incidents and service requests through the ticketing system – including prioritization and escalation.
• Administer Windows operating systems and the Microsoft 365 environment (in cooperation with Central IT).
• Actively communicate and coordinate with external software and service suppliers.
• Collaborate with the company’s Central IT team on the implementation and maintenance of IT standards.
• Ensure basic maintenance and monitoring of network devices and connections (in cooperation with Central IT).

Candidate profile

• Experience with IT helpdesk operations, including using ticketing systems.
• Practical knowledge of Windows operating system administration.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Basic technical knowledge of printers, label printers, and handheld devices.
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel (as needed to support other locations within the Czech Republic).
• Good command of English – ability to communicate fluently with Central IT or external suppliers.
• Advantages
• Knowledge of networking principles (LAN, WAN, VPN, IP addressing, routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
• Experience in IT support within a logistics environment.
