???? Data Analyst – With Production Experience / Background

Job Responsibilities

• Leading a team within operational excellence of Business Division Silicones
• Active support of digitalization topics in the production environment
• Analysis of production processes and support in optimization through the selection and application of suitable tools and solutions
• Expert function in the field of data analytics, data preparation and visualization to create benefits out of existing production data sources
• Development of dashboards and reports
• Continuous training of analytics key users and regular organization of key user meetings
• Collaboration in optimization projects of the Silicones Operations division with a focus on production processes and the sustainable improvement of productivity and process stability

Qualifications Required

• University degree preferably in the field of data engineering / data analytics, business informatics, industrial engineering
• Experience in the field of automation and digitalization, preferably in the production. environment of the chemical process industry
• Knowledge in the use of data visualization software, e.g. Tableau, SeeQ, Alteryx, Databricks
• Good knowledge of production-related IT systems, e.g. SAP, MES, Aveva-PI, DCS
• Fluent in English
• Resilience, first leading experience, flexibility
• Willingness to travel and enjoy international cooperation
