For our client with international structures, we are looking for people with a passion for foreign languages!

Your responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle enquiries and requests of ABOs, Customers and Prospects via different communication channels in direct conversations and in writing
• Receive, document, and respond to questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, incentives, terms and conditions (by using our knowledge management resources)
• Support users with online platforms, receiving, documenting and reproducing incidents, and resolving them in close cooperation with Technology department
• Help with Sales and Marketing Plan (Core Plan), maximizing the utilization of online resources
• Contribute to projects in various departments outside of regular responsibilities
• Direct unresolved requests and enquiries to further support levels and to other departments
• Protect personal database and applies legal requirements in regard to personal data protection
• Generate innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customer satisfaction and support an environment that embraces continuous improvement to drive customer value
• Assist other team members to leverage and develop their capabilities
• Contribute to Quality Assurance and Training-related tasks outside of regular responsibilities to enable customer service meet our quality standards
