We are currently supporting an international organisation looking to strengthen its HR Payroll / People Operations team in Prague.
This role offers exposure to European payroll operations, close cooperation with internal HR teams and external payroll vendors, and involvement in payroll projects and system-related activities. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow within an international HR operations environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support payroll operations and payroll-related projects, including data checks and process setup
- Cooperate with internal HR teams and external payroll vendors
- Handle payroll-related requests and employee queries via HR ticketing tools
- Support pre- and post-payroll activities, monthly checks and reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with internal standards and local legislation
- Act as a point of contact for payroll-related topics for employees and HR stakeholders
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in payroll, HR operations or personnel administration
- Good understanding of payroll processes and payroll-related finance topics
- Experience with HRIS systems (SAP required; Workday is a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with HR ticketing tools
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent French and professional English are highly valued
