We are supporting an international pharmaceutical company in the search for a Sales Specialist to manage hospital and institutional customers in the Czech Republic.

This is a field-based role focused on tender-driven sales, framework agreements, and long-term partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders.

What you will do

• Manage sales activities for a broad pharmaceutical portfolio within hospital and institutional customers
• Build and develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Participate in public tenders and support framework agreements
• Achieve sales targets and execute customer-specific strategies
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Cooperate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain)

What we are looking for

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Background in hospital / institutional or tender-based sales is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a defined territory
• Valid driving license and own car required
• English required; Czech is an advantage
