What You’ll Do:

Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our Legal & Compliance team in Prague.

In this role, you will support Enery’s legal operations by assisting with contract management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters across multiple jurisdictions.

This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector, and grow within a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Legal & Compliance team in drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of legal documents.
Conduct legal research on Czech and EU law, especially in areas related to energy, corporate, and commercial law.
Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with local and EU legal requirements.
Collaborate with project, finance, and technical teams on development, construction and operation of renewable energy.power plants
Coordinate with external counsel, notaries, and public authorities when required.
Assist in due diligence processes for project acquisitions and financings.
Provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Masters’ degree in Law.
0–1 years of professional experience, ideally in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Understanding of Czech corporate and commercial law knowledge of energy law is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken skills in Czech and English.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Interest in renewable energy and sustainable business is a plus.
