Do you speak Swedish and do you want to actively use Swedish and English in your work ?

We are looking for new colleagues for this position in our customer care team!

What will you be responsible for?

• Communication with our clients (you will answer their questions and queries about products)
• Translating and entering orders into the internal system
• Regular communication and collaboration with teams within the SSC department
• Reporting
• Process improvement

What do we expect from you?

• Knowledge of Swedish and English at least at B2 level
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
• Experienced Customer service representative
• High school/college education
• Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail
• Independence, self-reflection and willingness to continually work on yourself
