External Country Sales Manager – Czech Republic, solar industry

About the Company

PROFinSOL Ltd. is a solar industry company from Western Hungary, that truly stands out from the crowd: we develop and manufacture our own, patented solar mounting systems for installations on industrial flat roofs. We support our customers with software-based dimensioning and quotations, according to European standards. Our team consists of creative, out-of-the-box thinkers and young talents. We work every day to make our mission a reality: for PROFinSOL to become the engine of the solar mounting system industry and one of the defining pioneers of the energy transition in Europe.

Roles / Responsibilities

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers in the Czech Republic
  • Negotiating and finalizing price quotes and sales agreements
  • Building long-term strategic customer relationships
  • Cooperating closely with the in-house customer service team
  • Monitoring market trends and proposing new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must operate independent, as a self-employed individual/contractor
  • Entrepreneur thinking: we offer performance-based remuneration, an attractive commission package where your income directly reflects your sales volume
  • B2B sales experience in the photovoltaic industry
  • Excellent market knowledge within the Czech Republic
  • Ability to work independently
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Good English language skills.

Advantageous Skills

  • Long-term existing customer network and professional connections to local PV installation and wholesale companies.
