Logistics Manager

Our business line 4flow management utilizes innovative concepts in transportation and network management to plan, optimize, and manage supply chain networks as a neutral 4PL.

4flow continues its successful growth around the globe. The Pilsen-based team provides end-to-end supply chain management services and takes over the coordination of suppliers on behalf of customers.

What your new challenge will look like

• Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations
• Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
• Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations
• Monitoring logistics performance and costs
• Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures

Why you belong at 4flow

• You have a university degree and solid experience in transportation management (road freight)
• More than 2 years of experience in leading and developing a team
• Results-driven attitude with strong customer orientation
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and peak periods, with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills in English (other languages are beneficial)
• Advanced user knowledge of enterprise IT systems
• You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual and international environment
