Our Client — a global leader with over 30 years on the market, delivering advanced energy measurement, industrial metering, power quality and fault‑analysis systems in 80+ countries — is strengthening its next‑generation product portfolio.

We are looking for an elite Cyber Architect to own and shape the entire cybersecurity architecture for their industrial IoT and SCADA‑integrated embedded devices.

This is a strategic, high‑impact role for someone who thrives on deep technical work, standards compliance, and secure‑by‑design product development.

Responsibilities:

• Security Architecture Ownership
• Define end‑to‑end cybersecurity architecture for industrial embedded products (secure boot, firmware integrity, identity management, key storage, encrypted communications).
• Set security requirements, policies, and hardening guidelines for firmware, hardware, and interfaces.
• Ensure full alignment with global standards: IEC 62443, IEC 62351, IEC 61850, NIST, CIP, IEEE 1686, DLMS/COSEM, etc.
• Embedded Firmware & Device Protection
• Architect secure boot, firmware authentication, hardware root of trust, anti‑tamper, anti‑cloning, runtime protection, anomaly detection.
• Hands‑on debugging and implementation on resource‑constrained devices.
• Drive penetration testing and remediation plans.
• Standards, Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure readiness for certifications such as IEC 62443‑4‑1/4‑2, NIST, CIP‑013/005/007, RED Cybersecurity, ISO27001 implications

Profile Experience:

• 7+ years in embedded cybersecurity or secure firmware engineering.
• Expert in C/C++, embedded Linux/RTOS, ARM TrustZone, secure elements, hardware accelerators.
• Strong hands‑on experience with cryptographic protocols, certificates, secure channels.
• Architectural Experience
• Proven ability to design holistic, end‑to‑end cyber protection frameworks.
• Familiarity with secure development lifecycle (SDL) and structured risk assessment.
• Strong analytical and documentation capability.
• Personal Traits

• Influential communicator who can guide and educate engineering teams.
• Hands‑on mindset combined with high technical originality.
