TU Prague City (https://www.tees.ac.uk/prague/) is looking for an Associate Lecturer on the BA (Hons) Creative Media Production course.

The modules you will be teaching on (Audio Production Skills, Professional Practice Portfolio) encourage students to explore the diverse range of existing and emerging technologies, platforms and techniques in media industries. The applicant must have good knowledge of the contemporary developments and trends within those industries such as (but not limited to) Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Artificial Reality, Mixed Reality, Interactive Media, Gaming, Sensors, Haptic Feedback, etc.

You will help students identify and critically analyse the impact and consequences of emergent digital technologies through a series of “real world” case studies and conducting their work in a Client Project Production perspective. Within the Professional Practice Portfolio module, you will help the students connect to the industry. Teacher with professional experience and connections with film and media production is a must.

Required qualifications

Necessary minimum qualification of a Masters degree in an appropriate field of study.
Teaching is held in English, to be held on-site.

Responsibilies

Your responsibilities include: teaching and assessing student assignments.
Teaching materials will be provided.

An Associate Lecturer (AP0 - Lektor) position within the faculty of Arts & Design

For a part-time (20 hours per week of which 8 hours are direct teaching hours) assignment

For a monthly salary of 24.695 Kč
