This position reports directly to the Global Head of Supply Chain Manager for BU Stabilizer Bar and is responsible for driving process analysis across global operations within the (E2E) Supply Chain. Thew role support management decision-making in three key areas: strategic projects, operation disruptions and key initiatives (Including budgeting, standardization, and continuous improvement).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Analysis & Reporting: Conduct various forms of analysis within the global E2E Supply Chain. Perform physical process reviews, documentary audits, and systems analysis using tools such as SAP, reporting software, and internal IT platforms.Support initiatives such as reporting, escalations, optimization, and strategic planning.
  • Global SCM Dashboard Ownership: Maintain and enhance the Global SCM Dashboard to track KPIs and ensure alignment with company targets. Monitor and report on inventory performance, supplier reliability, capacity, MPS, SIOP, and master data quality (SAP DQIs).

  • Sourcing Desk & Supply Chain Item Management: Manage supply chain activities associated with sourcing (prototype and serial phases). Ensure timely and efficient handling of supply chain items throughout development and pre serial phases.
  • Global SCM Planning File Maintenance: Maintain and update the Global SCM Planning File to support budgeting and strategic decision-making. Coordinate inputs such as sales forecasts, customer demand, capacity data, BOMs, routing, MRP, and supplier catalogues.
  • Special Projects & Escalations: Lead special escalations and business unit-specific projects with a focus on service excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management: Capacity Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Material Planning, Warehouse, Customs, Transportation, ERP, MES, APS, Production Control, Material Flow, Packaging, Customer Portals, Cost Saving, Cost Avoidance, others.

  • Experience in Similar Position Required (3 years Min)
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management Operations (Automotive, Tier 1)
  • Advanced SAP knowledge (ERP)
  • Advanced use of BI Business Intelligence Software (Advanced Excel, Power Query - Big data base management)
  • Good analytical skills (Critical & Strategic thinking
  • Customer focus & results oriented
  • Project management capabilities & proactive approach
  • Willingness to travel (ocassionally)
  • English (Fluent / Professional)
