Join our team as Customer Service Field Supervisor and play a crucial role in overseeing mechanical site supervision during maintenance stops. You’ll coordinate communication between the customer, back office, and the team of technicians on site, ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll report directly to the Customer Service Team Manager.
ABOUT THE JOB
As our Customer Service Field Supervisor, you will:
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to prepare maintenance interventions.
- Document all mechanical work completed on-site and provide feedback for design improvements.
- Act as the on-site mechanical supervisor, overseeing operations, providing clear instructions to the team, inspecting and supporting technicians and subcontractors, and managing logistic operations.
- Lead toolbox meetings, follow up on subcontractor and supplier compliance, assist during incident investigations, and prepare method statements.
ABOUT YOU
We imagine our ideal candidate would:
- Hold a degree in engineering or equivalent by experience.
- Combine a good knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics and have the ability to read technical documentation (technical drawings, P&ID, electrical diagrams).
- Have very good communication skills.
- Be willing to travel and work abroad for approximately 70% of the time (max. 5 days/week).
- Be fluent in Czech and English.
