A day in the life of a Mars Marketing trainee

As part of the Marketing portfolio team you will be responsible for day to day support of the senior Portfolio manager, shadowing the manager, preparing analytical support for strategies, localizing global toolboxes into 9 local languages and approving marketing texts of TV copies and digital content in local language. All of that while keeping an eye on fitting it into the brand and consumer language. And this is just the beginning. The more you learn the more projects you will be given.

Your key responsibilities:

• Support the portfolio manager with Brand analysis, localising global toolboxes, localising TVCs.
• Develop (where necessary) and maintain portfolio overview files (portfolio listing per market, factory sourcing information, language groups).
• Localise in Czech language dedicated brand marketing materials.
• Review and approve all Brand materials in local language.
• Drive dedicated post launch evaluations & develop trade presenters for dedicated projects.
• Monitor competitive activities.
• Work with localising agencies, with trade marketing and sales.

• University bachelor’s degree and are in your master ending years
