Job Responsibilities:

• Lead or support new product introductions and product/process changes from award of business through completion of all APQP deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain, and program management, to ensure successful product launches.
• Serve as the Quality/APQP interface with customers and suppliers for APQP status, reviews, quality gates, and FAI/PPAP submissions.
• Create and maintain core APQP documents: PFD, PFMEA/DFMEA, Control Plans, MSA/SPC plans, capability studies, and PPAP documentation.
• Coordinate design and process validation (MSA, SPC, capability runs) and ensure readiness for serial production.
• Support problem-solving and quality improvement activities (8D, RCA, FTA) and take ownership of assigned Q-projects.
• Perform data analysis (Excel, Power BI) to monitor APQP and quality performance trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, action plans, and risk assessments to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• University or Secondary school - education of Technical / Engineering branch
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering; aerospace or other regulated industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and FAI
• Ability to create and maintain APQP documentation (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP).
• Good data analysis skills; experience with Excel/Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in quality system
• Strong project management and facilitation skills; ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Good social and communication skills, Reliability and exactness (sense for detail), Flexibility
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation, manage priorities, and escalate risks effectively
