Join us as an Administrative Support Specialist in a newly created role within our expanding team. You will be a trusted partner to colleagues, applying independence and attention to detail to ensure tasks are handled efficiently and processes run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with distribution and completing OTE forms
  • Preparing and processing contracts, invoices, and other documentation
  • Managing claims, reminders, and debt collection
  • Maintaining regular contact with with customers
  • Providing flexible administrative support as needed across the team

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in administration or accounting
  • Secondary education with an economic or business focus
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Communicative level of English for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers
  • High level of accuracy, independence, responsibility, and strong team spirit
