Join us as an Administrative Support Specialist in a newly created role within our expanding team. You will be a trusted partner to colleagues, applying independence and attention to detail to ensure tasks are handled efficiently and processes run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with distribution and completing OTE forms
- Preparing and processing contracts, invoices, and other documentation
- Managing claims, reminders, and debt collection
- Maintaining regular contact with with customers
- Providing flexible administrative support as needed across the team
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in administration or accounting
- Secondary education with an economic or business focus
- Solid proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Communicative level of English for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers
- High level of accuracy, independence, responsibility, and strong team spirit
