As a business analyst, you will be part of an international team of business analysts and working the Process Intelligence development team. Infor Process Intelligence’s Process Modeler is a cloud-based business process management solution designed to capture and design unique operational processes that can improve business efficiency by standardizing process models. Leveraging Infor’s unique shared platform, users can collaborate with key stakeholders to modify, improve, and create new business processes to maintain consistency and alignment across the organization. Built to support current business practices, Infor Process Modeler delivers company-wide visibility to operations that helps facilitate increased levels of efficiency and effectiveness.

• A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
• Work with product managers on gathering, analyzing, prioritizing, and documenting requirements.
• Together with key engineers and architects translate requirements into solution designs, including user interface mock-ups.
• Communicate with stakeholders and development teams during development.
• Work with quality assurance engineers to ensure that requirements are tested; and conduct acceptance testing to ensure that the specifications have been correctly interpreted.
• Write draft documentation or create presentations.
• Required skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with business analysis methods and techniques.
• Knowledge of business process management, process modelling or process mining.
• Analytical, result-driven and proactive.
• Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Ability to evaluate information from various sources and resolve conflicts.
• Affinity with usability and user interface design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with software development projects and agile methods.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in working in an international environment.
• Understanding of cloud architectures.
• Experience in data management and advanced data processing.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization.
