At HARDWARIO, we design and manufacture smart devices, IoT solutions, and custom hardware that make a real difference. As we continue to grow and strengthen our operations in Liberec, we are expanding our sourcing team to support scalable and reliable production.

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist with strong experience in electronics manufacturing, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and knows how to secure the right components at the right time - even when the market gets tough.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Sourcing semiconductors, PCBs, and key electronic components on a global scale
• Working with multi-level BOMs and ensuring component availability
• Communicating with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, and delivery conditions
• Monitoring market trends, shortages, and allocation risks
• Cooperating closely with production, project, and engineering teams
• Supporting inventory optimization and risk mitigation
• Contributing to the improvement and scalability of sourcing and procurement processes

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or purchasing within electronics manufacturing
• Practical knowledge of semiconductor markets, lead times, and supply constraints
• Ability to work with BOM structures and understand supply chain dependencies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• English proficiency for daily supplier communication
• Experience with ERP systems
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Flexibility - you understand that supply chain challenges don’t always fit into office hours
