We are looking for suitable candidates for the position of Data Analyst
We are looking for a personality to join our team who has analytical thinking, enjoys reporting, and at the same time strives to constantly streamline and improve everything.

Job description:
• Collecting, processing and analyzing the company's business data.
• Creation of regular reports and dashboards for management - MS Excel (Power BI).
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
• Providing data for strategic and operational decision-making.
• Ad hoc analyses and documents for company management.
• Evaluation of profitability of products and business divisions.
• Suggestions for improving data collection and quality.
• Cooperation with project managers and auditors.
• Presentation of analytical outputs and recommendations for management.
• Coordination with the IT team on technical solutions.
• Training employees in working with reporting tools.

What we expect from you:
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar position.
• Knowledge of English both verbally and in writing.
• MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
• Advantage - Power BI, SQL (creation of dashboards and visualizations).
• Ability to analyze data, look for patterns, and interpret results.
• Experience with ERP systems and CRM systems.
• Proactive approach, logical thinking, independence and diligence.
• Ability to navigate financial, operational and business data and have the desire to connect them using IT tools
• Team approach.
