We are looking for a Product Strategy Manager to lead our product, product marketing, and product data teams. You will shape and drive our product portfolio strategy, ensuring data accuracy, impactful marketing, and seamless product launches. Reporting directly to the CCO, this is a key, high-impact role in the company - product development is truly at the heart of our business and central to our growth and success.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage product teams, including performance evaluation and goal setting
• Develop and execute mid-term product and commercial strategies (3–5 years)
• Drive product lifecycle decisions: launches, discontinuations, and portfolio optimization
• Monitor product performance (sales, margin, profitability) and implement improvements
• Ensure accurate and complete product data, ETIM classification, and packaging materials
• Oversee product marketing setup and communication of product benefits
• Reporting to mother company

YOUR PROFILE:

• University education in a field or relevant experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Experience in an international environment is required
• Organizational and communication skills in Czech and English at a high level
• Team player while able to work independently
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Group "B" driving license (active driver)
• Willingness to travel abroad
