The School of Psychology (PSY) is one of the fastest growing schools at UNYP, with a strong reputation built on excellence in teaching.

Main Responsibilities:

Undergraduate Student Advisor will work directly with bachelor´s students, lecturers and other faculty and staff members to coordinate the workload and ensure a smooth organization, scheduling and/or other appropriate arrangements of the events/activities.

Other duties:

• General support for students and miscellaneous student/instructor issues
• Ongoing updating (including occasional improvement) of PSY students and faculty support information and guidelines, such as Handbook, website, E-Learning etc.
• Administrative support for the PSY Dean

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Fluency in both Czech and English
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with deadlines and achieve goals
• Previous administrative experience welcome
