STARLUX Airlines is a new, full-service airlines from Taiwan with big ambitions to expand globally. We are currently looking for a Cargo Operation Specialist to join us on this exciting journey.

It’s what you will make an impact…

  1. Training & Certification - Receive training on Company cargo operations system, dangerous goods, and Company cargo operations procedures and policies and pass related assessments.
  2. ULD Management & irregularity management - To support station ULD and accessory stock control to meet operational demands. Act as a key point of contact for cargo irregularities and customer complaints, driving root-cause analysis and continuous improvement to ensure safe and reliable cargo operations.
  3. Supervise partnering GHSP - Monitor work quality, ensure GHSP follows Company SOPs and policies on cargo operation, coordinate and communicate with GHSP and airport office on cargo operation related matters.
  4. Supervise and manage Road Feeder Service (RFS) - Monitor the truck service quality and punctuality, and ensure efficient, compliant cargo connection between air and road, including coordination of bonded transit procedures.
  5. Compliance & Operational Coordination - Comply with company policies, including safety, security, anti-bribery, and data privacy regulations. Take responsibility for export/import airline operations and coordinate with relevant internal and external parties (e.g., Taiwan HQ, Port Authorities, and CZ CAA).
  6. Assist with cargo operation duties as assigned.

  1. Have excellent multitasking, communication and coordination skills.
  2. Be able to react quickly, solve problems and is a team player.
  3. Be flexible to work additional hours and rotating shifts on short notice when required.
  4. Flexibility to undertake cross-training or job rotation across different cargo functions.

It’s a plus if you…

  1. Experienced in the local market, air cargo sales or cargo export/import operation.
  2. Holding a valid driving license.

It's what else matters

  1. Education - Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent experience.
  2. Licenses and Certification - IATA Dangerous Goods Regulation (DGR) Certification is highly preferred.
  3. Language requirements - Good command of Czech and proficient in English. Familiar with Chinese is preferred.
  4. Work experience - Whether you’re a fresh graduate eager to start a career in cargo or have over 2 years’ experience in cargo related field, we’d love to hear from you!
