STARLUX Airlines is a new, full-service airlines from Taiwan with big ambitions to expand globally. We are currently looking for an Airport Customer Service Representative to join us on this exciting journey.

It’s what you will make an impact…

  1. Supervise and monitor on-site situation and performance.
  2. Conduct training/audit programs in line with Company policies.
  3. Handle irregularities and complaints occurring from handling process.
  4. Report non-compliances and suggest corrective methods.
  5. Manage and control operating resources.
  6. Review and analyze station operation costs.
  7. Ensure sufficient and adequate on-site staffing.
  8. Assist with station’s general affairs and administration duties.
  9. Achieve Company goals and collaborate seamlessly with team.
  10. Assist Branch office and Taiwan HQ with initial airport setup in Prague and support internal and external communication and coordination.
  11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

It’s essential that you…

  1. Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  2. Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in emergencies.
  3. Detail-oriented and adaptable, able to stay accurate while adjusting to changing priorities.
  4. Be flexible to work additional hours on short notice when operationally required and be able to travel to other work locations or cities as necessary to support operations.
  5. Possess the legal right to work in Czech Republic.

It’s a plus if you…

  1. Possess airside/landside working knowledge and is familiar with operational systems of Amadeus Altéa Suite: CM, FM, ARD Web and WorldTracer, etc.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

It's what else matters

  1. Education - Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent experience.
  2. Licenses and Certification - Relevant licenses and aviation certification are beneficial, such as Dangerous Goods and SMS.
  3. Language requirements - Good command of Czech and proficient in English. Familiar with Chinese is preferred.
  4. Work experience - Whether you’re a fresh graduate eager to start a career in cargo or have over 2 years’ experience in aviation related field, we’d love to hear from you!
