Our Client: Japanese International High-Tech Automotive comany in Praha
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in international team in Automotive company.

Duties

 Presentation, promotion, and sale of metal and plastic products to customers in Electronics and Automotive
industries.
 Responsibility and care for customers and suppliers, including resolution of customer problems and complaints and negotiation on various issues.
 Visiting customers and suppliers, including international trips.
 Preparation and negotiation of RFQs with suppliers and customers.
 Approving purchase orders.
 Evaluating supplier quality and production and developing projects, including PPAP and environmental documents.
 Cooperating with Quality Assurance department.
 Preparing weekly/monthly sales activity reports and analysis, including deadstock, air freight costs.
 Preparing yearly sales plans and revising quarterly.
 Setting and achieving annual, monthly, and weekly goals.
 Responding to audits and regulatory changes.

Requirements for a suitable candidate
 Fluent in English and Czech (Japanese language skill is an advantage)
 Finished university degree (ideally education with technical or economic background)
 Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel (e.g. use of pivot tables) and PowerPoint
 Ability to process different kind of data
 Mandatory minimum 2 years experience in B2B Sales of manufactured products (machinery and electronics preferred)
 Experience with making Quotations (RFQ)
 Attention to detail
 Great organizing skills
 Great communication skill
 Work as a part of the team
