Key Account Executive

  • Location: base Prague, Czech Republic,flexible to travel
  • Employment Type: Full-time ,report to General Manager

Jswin s.r.o is the Authorized Exclusive Distributor of OPPO in Czech Republic & Slovakia. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team. You will get the chance to connect with the head of famous retailers and distributors of Czech and Slovakia market with the shield of OPPO brand.

Position Overview

  1. Act as a key player for the Czech markets with possibilities to engage in Slovakia markets .
  2. Focus on customer relationship and channel maintenance,identify key personnel,procedure and daily channel intelligence,ensure successful execution of BD strategy.
  3. Work directly with business development team.

Key features of the candidates

  1. Experience in consuming products is a must.
  2. Better in smart phone industry.
  3. Experiences in brand side and final retail side are the most qualified.
  4. Experiences in E-commerce and channel retail experiences are the most qualified.
  5. Performance-oriented,proactive, flexible to work in a changing environment.

Experience& proposed salary and benefits

  1. Experience minimum 3+ .
  2. Pre-tax salary range from 50k to 80k,consisting of 70% base and 30% performance.
  3. Project Bonus is available besides normal salary.
  4. ICO is not allowable,must be full-time.
  5. Offer flexible clock-in ,clock-out arrangements.
  6. Working phone number.
  7. Meal subsidy.
  8. Other benefits are negotiable.

Details of Key Responsibilities

1.Customer relationship& maintenance

  • Act as the primary contact point and strategic advisor for the clients you are responsible for.
  • Regularly conduct business reviews with key client decision-makers (such as department heads and managers) to understand business objectives, challenges, and needs.
  • Build deep trust relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of delivery channels and information channels for daily intelligence.

2.Channel Management& Customer Insights

  • Active involvement in OPPO brand building across key sales channels.
  • Analyze the market, competition, trend development.
  • Create business strategies and plans - from negotiation to implementation.
  • Coordinate brand and client joint marketing plans. Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of sales conversion through distribution of brand marketing assets and expenses.

3.Performance Creation

  • Be responsible for channel campaign results- top compliance, quality, and sales target achievement.
  • Maximize the sales achievement within allocated budgets,target required.
  • Internal coordination and resource allocation
  • Coordinate after-sales, logistics, and marketing to provide clients with proposed solutions, resolve complex issues, or drive product demand.
  • When a client encounters a major problem, support superiors in internal communications and formulation of solutions.
