We are looking for a Legal Specialist to perform daily legal tasks that will support our legal team.

Your role

• Prepare legal documents.

• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice.

• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and procedures.

• Keep up to date with changes in legislation and prepare announcements if requested.

• Perform other tasks on request from Head of Legal Department.

What are we looking for

• Bachelor degree in law, Master degree is asset.

• 1-2 years of experience in as corporate lawyer

• Fluent spoken and written (Azerbaijani, English, Russian is asset).

• Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, 1C

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Requirements:

• Azerbaijani citizenship. Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity. Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment.
