For our client – international expanding consumer goods company – we are seeking candidates for the role of Logistics / Operations Manager based in Prague.

We’re looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize part of European logistics operations, working closely with our 3PL warehouse partners and transport providers to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries and an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily operations with 3PL warehouses and distribution partners across Europe.
• Monitor stock levels, inbound and outbound flows, and ensure accurate inventory management.
• Negotiate transport and warehouse contracts to improve cost efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, E-commerce, Customer Service) to forecast demand and plan replenishments.
• Analyze logistics KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Oversee customs, compliance, and documentation for EU and non-EU shipments.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations (preferably within consumer goods or e-commerce).

• Strong experience working with 3PL providers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for children’s products and sustainable retail is an advantage.
